servicing costs are very reasonable, my 911 turbo 12000 mile service cost Ł330 inc vat at porsche in edinburgh 
24000 mile service is around Ł550 inc vat...
beware if you need anything done thats not on a menu price..i think they will charge like a rhino
got a mint 51 plate 996 turbo here for 47k if your interested

I do own the property where l live
My Mum lives with me and helen due to the stroke she had last year and yes as l do care, l didnt want my mum to go into a home.
As for the point about dont buy if you cant aford it...
I have alot of capital in YUM so that will pay for what car l purchase next

i'm a bit bias cos i hate the 911, i would get a 928 manual, 10k for a car that will do 170+ if you get a GT or GTS ( thats porsches figures before anyone says anything), front engine rear drive V8, very good handling as the engine isn't out back working as a pengelem, but they are a look you either love or hate, at 10k if you bent it you could throw it away and get another. servicing can be done anywhere as well cos its just a 10k car not some super hitech super car costing the price of a house.
