Default Brake Caliper Paint

NOOO ITS NOT A MAX POWER THREAD

my aps are looking a bit tired and worn now..so want to spruce them up a bit

and get new stickers on them ..

anybody got a link for a good black paint to use..

was in motorworld today and the item was £26 ..but had none in stock

ideas..please

I used high temp paint from Halfrauds when i did my ap's (black) but im going to change the colour to red soon & i'll be using the same high temp paint (but in red obviously)

AJ THE PF GOD

i looked at that today in the above shop Halfrauds but its a matt finish

shiny would be better

I gave mine a few coats of high temp laquer & it gave it a nice shiney finish

Smooth Hammerite does the job perfectly, its cheap and has alot more colours to choose from

just use some 2 pack paint done mine about a year ago still very shiney never had a problem with it also you can get in any colour you like

I have just used hammerite smooth on mine I had the caliper bracket powdercoated in gold and the hammerite matched a treat,will post a pic later.
