Right im wanting a toy. I REALLY want a bike..petes cbr is begging to be bought but im thinking no im a dad i shouldnt get one...

So, a car. Well, i dont get time to use a second car. I have a runabout that doesnt runabout at all Lindsay has a golf gti...so im thinking of getting something nice for us both, but what?

Dont want something plain otherwise ill still want a toy.
dont want something too flash as shell be driving it more than me and although shes a good driver she spends a lot of time in busy car parks SHOPPING

So wtf fits the bill? Around 13k? I was thinking Focus RS but im not sure. I like A4's and bmw 3 series but my nighbour has a nice 3 series so dont want the same...

Also looked into buying a new Focus ST in electric orange but rather buy new is it wise nowadays to lease?

You don't want a lease, no point unless you put it through a business and claim the VAT back. Consider a PCH (personal contract hire) agreement as the residual set at the front would make the monthlies cheaper.

As for the car ? If it were me I'd go for either the Focus or to zee Germans.............

 

Got to agree with above mate FRS for me im currently thinking of selling the s1 and escort gti !!!!

And going for a FRS i wasnt keen on them when released but have grown on me and fancy one now They also seem to have dropped value slightly over the winter months theres a very very nice one currently on the RSOC 48K Miles ex ccondition they dont seem to be commanding 13/14k at the mo .

The guy says hell take Ł10500 well worth a look
