best way to trim the pipes on an alloy intercooler

Default best way to trim the pipes on an alloy intercooler

i need to trim about 40mm of the outlet pipes on my alloy intercooler

has any1 else done this and what is the best way as i obvisoulsy dont want swarf goin into it

there is no nice way of doing it, as you will loose the swaging on the end

yeah i no that but i HAVE to trim some off and dont want to risk gettin any shit inside the intercooler
