for a start you can ignore the 1200 watt figure, you need to tell me the rated 1 hour RMS figure of each driver, im probably guessing about 350w.rms each,
to create anice powerfull sound you need whats called headroom in your amplification so ie, if you have a speaker that is 350w.rms then you need to be driving with at least 600w rms of amplification.
remember its not too much power that will kill your speakers it is distortion, so you can drive your 350w speakers with a 300w amp and your amp will drive square waves(distortion) into your speaker much earlier than its power output, and this will kill your speakers,
it is a common mistake in the audio field to not run enuf headroom, i would suggest at least twice the power output of your speaker should be concidered when buying amplification,
my system runs 2x vibe neodynium 15" sub, and each is rated at 750w.rms thats 2Kw peak, ignore the peak output, i run each driver with a 1500w.rms amp in bridge mode.. push pull swich mode is the cleanset.
i also drive the shit out of the system.

Biglee speaks wise words!
I have some front components that are rated at 100W peak, and I'm giving them 150WRMS
My sub is rated at 250WRMS and Im giving it 300WRMS.
Maybe a bit low, but this is only my runabout.
My other has a DVC sub and thats getting 600wrms to each coil

i would DEFFO go for this, rockford fosgate are ace,and this is the best looking amp ever IMO with covered ends!very good price and they dont bullshit!
but IMO also id swap those sony subs as ive heard on more than one occasion that the centre caps can pop off easily!but thats just my opinion.

I love the JL audio amps and subs, awesome technology..
The 3 different w3's have different ohm ratings, dual 2 ohm, dual 4 ohm and dual 8ohm, this would be needed to know really to suggest an appropriate amp.
