Sky +
Due to the fact I'm always missing programs I wanted to see I think its time to get Sky +.
Do the prices vary or is there on fixed price ?
We have the magic eye things in a few rooms upstairs so does this mean I can watch a different Sky Channel in my room to what is being watched downstairs.
Any info and best prices would be good as it needs sorting asap

Sky plus is free with no subscription if you subscribe to one premium channel, ie sports or movies.
If you have a base package i think its a tenner a month.
Dont know how much a box and installation is these days. It used to be a pants price if you were a current customer! I got a good deal as a new customer

just set your video recorder and let it record the program for you
as for your sky in diffrent rooms that is easy get yourself a quad lnb
you can run 4 box's anywhere in your home, you dont even need a card
for them to work

They're currently Ł100 for the sky+ box, free subscription if you have either sports or movies.
The boxes were Ł50 last year.....cunts!

Sky+ or Sky HD as I now have is one of THE best things I have EVER bought.
Its just the BOLLOX, how I ever managed with shite normal Tv is beyond me.
As FHM said... 'Sky + is better than Sliced bread'
Its just awesome.

Cost on upgrade is currently Ł99 for the box, and Ł60 for the installation fee.
It's one of those things that you don't know how you lived without! Ability to pause live TV, watch one sky channel and record another, record programmes without masses of tapes everywhere, series links etc....

Being able to look at TV schedules and then select things to record from your MOBILE is just uberbling as well!
