hi all,
has anyone here ever done their own valve cutouts in pistons? if so, how did you go about it? depths and cutter sizes would be appreciated
the pistons are from a 4x4 cosworth.
alternatively, can anybody recommend anyone to do them cheap?
thanks

use a cutter the size of the valves!
use a vertical miller with either the head or piston set at the same angle as the valves (think its 22.5 degrees from vertical)
as so depth, that depends on what cams/timing you use for there clearance
or just get Mike r to do it
