Default Off I went to Motorsport Developments Today!

Well after spending a day cleaning the S1 it decides to rain on my way to blackpool!

After Meeting some good ole passionford users and having a good time the car is finally not running rich!

I have to say a big thanks to Stu and especially Kenny who sorted me out properly today. What a great bunch of lads and such a good price!

If you want you car set up there is only one team to call, the motorsport developments team!

Now I am gonna sort out the few things left on her and then back for more boost!

A rough idea can be had here, although its not model specific.

Hi pal,
No, we pride ourselves in the fact that if we say it will be setup for Ł141, it WILL be setup for Ł141. When you come here you never get surprise bills. We warn you to leave your phone on and check it periodically if you leave the car with us as if it need an item fitting or fixing, we will not proceed until you have given the go ahead to do so. Everything on that list thats applicable to the vehicle you bring will be performeed for the quoted price. Parts cannot be guessed at, but if the car is well serviced and in good order, theres no reason why we should need to fit anything at all.

The 1.8 doesnt flow much more than a CVH top end without head and cam work, its main benefit is low end feel and torque, so its hard to answer your question accurately without seeing the car, but a good 5th injector is a worthwhile move if you cant stretch to binning KE alltogether and fitting something with Electronic mappable fuel control.

P.S:
Its Ł141 including vat pal, not +.

plans are in place to build a 2ltr zetec with efi management ,

but until then id like to think the motor was running safley stu ,

engines still running in and everything else is in good working order ,

it reecently had new injectors fitted ,

will invest in a new fuel pump and air filter before i brought it over ,

anything else u would recommend to save u guys the hassle when it comes to setting up

obviousy the car will be cleaned lol

and 141 inc vat is even bloody better

Just make sure its fully serviced, and PROPERLY. You know, oil and fuel filters, using real oil, not chip fat from asda, some wiper blades that actually wipe instead of smear... I can sort the rest.

Chip will quite likely have a name on it, yes.
