..its been well used!!!..I was told to get one like that as you dont get the problems that are associated with "garage queens"..plus most low milers have just had the speedo disconnected.. This is honest.

Stavros its been in for over 3 weeks not sure what they did but the bill to mercedes was over 8k

Would you be so kind as to explain to me the whole process you went through with Merc to get your corrosion warranty sorted ?
I dont want to bowl up to mine and start mouthing off about how shit their cars are until AFTER they sort it out
Id greatly appreciate any info and tips you have to suggest

....well the body warranty is 9 years and rust on the boot lid is 30 years...go up to the dealer and say you have heard i can get the body done if the corrosion is from the inside out..they will then measure the paint to make sure its original...they will then take photos of the corrosion,this will then get sent to germany and they will review it Thats all i did TWICE...got me CLK boot lid done FOC too ...I only found out about this when i phoned a chips away place to do the rust on my boot lid... 
Does take a while to sort though..i guess its only right or everyone will be buying cheap rusty mercs and make a killing
