Recording streamed TV programmes?

Basically, there's a programme on BBC1 thursday that I need to get a copy of.

Is there any way of watching streaming TV and capturing the programme to save it?

Know anyone with a DVD Recorder (simplest solution)

http://all-streaming-media.com/faq/r...-media-stream/ might help depending what you're doing (assuming from a PC as you've said streaming...)
