local respected tuner up my way owned by a father & son,father had his head and face slashed and a bit of a kicking a couple of years ago and a few months before that the place was petrol bombed(not while they were working)


i have'nt had any probs with them but have heard bad reports,at the end of the day all peaple want is value for money.

there is always someone who's bigger and harder than you, no matter who you are, but a kicking would be the absolute last resort, and it's not soething i'd "arrange" to happen
but not all people are the same and charlie l for saying it like it is
back in the day money was hard to come by, we were a family of 4 living in a 3 bed house with one room rented to another 3 person family just so we could make ends meet
we may have been the first family in the street to have sky but we still didn't have a big telly
just beause money is now easier to come by doesn't give anyone the right to rip someone else off
my Ł100 for something is just as good as someone elses money when it comes to paying for it, but just because they earn more/less than me doesn't make it any less worked for

i've had my money going down the drain plenty of times, and, funnily enough, those places are no longer in business because words got out that they are rip off merchants
and i still live by the old adage that if something is too good to be true, it normally is

mate got a mk2 from him along with a full pukka roll cage, he seemed a little bit suspect to my mates who went to get it.....

i have never had dealings with him tho, but wouldnt after the price he wanted for his parts, a 4*4 caliper second hand off him was more expensive than a recon one from a motor factors!!!!

wouldnt wish this on anyone, but if he has upset the wrong people then he hass brought it on himself imho.
