Road legal quads. Whats the score.

In regards to riding them on the roads.
Are they allowed on dual carriage ways and the like?

Either way I think on the road my quad will have two helmets. If you get my drift.

A few of my mates looked in to this, watch how you register and insure it as if it goes down as an agricultural vehicle you are limited how far you can go from the registered address.
