So far Ive been banned 3 times IIRC, ive only ever had a major problem with one of them.

1 was about 2 years for telling rach I would like to brutally bugger her in a nightclub toilet, which apparently crossed a "taste" line, I have no problem with that or the length of the ban, rules are rules

1 for arguing with you, I have no problem with that or the length of the ban, rules are rules

1 for purely being a victim of you spitting your dummy for no reason and bitching at me, which I thought was a totally crap piece of moderation, they clearly didnt bother to read the thread and just went "phil and chip again, ban them both" without actually noticing it wasnt me doing anything, and ignored the points of many longterm users of the site who DID read the thread properly and asked for it to be looked into, that TBH I have a problem with, and to pull Stu up on his point, 27000 other users wouldnt have been banned for anything I said and got banned for on that occasion, so I dont see why I was, as a result of that, I dont really bother as much with this site anywhere near as much anymore, thats what I would advice you to do too if you have a problem with the site, its not like its the only site on the net, so if you dont like it as much anymore, dont visit it as much anymore.

Not being liked by you isnt something the rules say should constitute a ban, hence my issue that a harmless comment said in fun should be treated the same from all 27000 users, as that seems to be Stu's argument, that the rules are the same for everyone, but clearly they arent.

No one else would get banned just for referring to you as a "hard drinking hard living gangster" (especially after you have referred to yourself as such in the past) so it was ridiculous that I was, and that was ALL I said.

I dont really care what the rules are particuarly, thats up to the site owners at the end of the day, I just think they should be clearly laid out (like they are) and implemented the same for everyone (like they arent), then its fair IMHO.
