Actually no I'm not - you have to remember that New Orleans is in the "deep south" and the area's that are still fucked are the prodominantly poor black area's.... One of the funniest Top Gear's I have seen in a long long time. I was in stitches especially at the Brokeback nickname, the cow, the petrol station... well the lot really!! People might whinge and I know its heavily scripted etc but its entertainment!!

It didnt suprise me one bit looking at the state of New Orleans though.
