Side exit exhaust now fitted (a bit chavy but for a purpose)
Only having a 2.5" exhaust and 400bhp target and being short of £600 for a full 3" Stainless Steel jobbie, a temporary mod it is.
it cost me very very little.
it only opens on 1bar or more of boost so its only loud at full chat and for a few seconds in each gear etc,
it is intended/theory is to vent of some exhaust gases from the rest of the system effectively making the exhaust system seem bigger than it is.
only down side is flames out the side when shifting or on LC.

I would be interested if you see a difference. If you managed to do a seperated screamer you might make more of a difference to peak power. I dont know though so dont quote me on anything
