Default Any computer or windows experts can you help please?

I've been getting this message on start up for a while, it goes when you click on OK but it's annoying....

And I tried to do what it said, go to help and support but got this message like Groundhog day I tried it 4638 times before I realised I was in a loop

Cheers in advance

P.S any advice written in easy to manage, bite size steps would suit me perfectly thankyouplease

sevices on xp are in control panel, administrative tools. Find the service it refers to and press start.

Alternatively my recommendation is to uninstall the program. Its a load of crap anyway. Get AVG **legitimately obviously, usinig torrent sites.

You would only get that last message if the user has turned off the " help and support" feature in windows, so if you didnt do it then someone else must have turned it off
