Default can anyone confirm this will fit my TDCI?

hi just spotted this on ebay- although im sure there are 2 different shapes of this handset?

does it matter which one i use?

Ask Rob at SCC mate.

Bit suspect with it saying RS and then diesel to be honest. It's either for a diesel of for a Petrol. Can't be both surely!!

no they fit mate.

just wondering because superchips do 2 shapes of this, a round shape and square shape as listed on ebay.

Im sure if it's for an RS then it wont do turbodiesels and vice-versa. Also he says it never been used but the connecting cable comes tie-wrapped up very neatly, for something that hasn't been opened before it looks a little untidy.

It could be a complete bargain or end up being an expensive mistake!

The Ford Turbo unit is the same for the Turbo and Diesels,
The square unit is the old type and are no longer updatable, so be careful !!
It could be an expensive paper weight !!

thanks rob, is there any difference with performance with this square unit and the new shape?

this is getting a bit confusing, don't the bluefin things just plug in and stay there? and does it matter what car they are for as the ports are just the same aren't they?
