Default resignation letter help.....

is there anywhere that i can get a pre made letter that i add my details to, that covers all legal obligations when quitting a work place....

i want a professional letter that helps me leave on a good note, but my boss is the type to kick off about me leaving

also, what are his legal obligations....

i was gonna offer a months notice, but think he ll say along the lines of....

"fuck off now then if you want".....

is there a minimum amount of cash he has to give me or whatever....
been there 18 months, and cured of the place....

please help....

I *think* you can give a week's notice as you've been there less than 2 years, but not 100% on that...

sorry i dont understand if your leaving, why would they have to give you anything, other than a referance, and they dont have to do that.

If you are contracted to work a notice period, they are obliged to pay you that amount regardless of wether they let you go earlier or not....
