As for her saying she didn't know it would die??? what did she think would happen to it????? No doubt her brief will claim depression and she'll get a slap on the wrist.

i believe suspended prison sentence is where if you get caught commiting any other crime within the amount of time your suspended sentence is for then you have to go to prison for the duration of the rest of your sentence?

Totally agree. Absolutly makes me sick. I own a cat and a dog & love them to pieces. Absolutly harmless. I remember seeing in the paper last year where some chinese blokes were putting a hook through a living dogs cheek & chucking into the sea behind there boat as bait for sharks etc, etc. Think people should be tortured for doing that to animals. Theres absolute no need for it. Makes me laugh, as this country is surpose to be animal lovers.
