ive just come back from egypt on sunday,went to work this morning,got the hump with the usual lack of respect and the wankers i work with so literally threw my lorry keys and my tom tom back at the boss , jumped in my car and drove home. Initially i thought shit what have i done but now my head is clearing i think its gonna be a blessing in desguise as its been brewing up for a while now. Anyway the misses doesnt want me to go back now so it'll give me a chance of going out on my own now which ive been putting off for years.

So put up ya glasses to hopefully a happier and brighter future for me.

Why the hell do companies treat there staff with such a lack of respect and loyalty when we are the ones putting the dollar in there pockets???

Its beyond me.....respect has to work both ways in my eyes....you cant do enough for a good boss!!

Best of luck man. Done the same thing 5 years ago, and set up my own company to look after cossie's evo's scooby's and the like. I will never make the same kind of money, cause I was getting well very well paid. Still, I look forward to going to work every day.

Its fortunate for me that financially im in a good situation with a fair amount of savings which finally made my mind up for me.

Dont have to worry where the next meal is coming from which makes bundles of difference.

thanks rob....its been brewing for a while now and now its all done and dusted i feel quite excited about my future plans and yes ive still got the cossie which ive had no time for recently. Not sure about my plans for it as yet as i need to concentrate on other things at the mo BUT once sorted and on my feet wouldnt mind going down the 3dr route

just have to see
