1/4 mile road legal sticky tyres
I currently have a pair of Yoko Advans 195/50-15 on the front of my FRST which are used for 1/4mile stuff. I am told these are discontinued. What options are there to replace these with a similar soft compound DOT & E-marked tyre? Also if i was to get a set of proper race slicks what size is it equivalent to?
EDIT - From a point of traction is it better to run the 50 series profile than 45 as there is more deformation when run at low (@ 14-16) pressure.

Hi there
I would recomend the yokohama avs 0038 SS, OR if you REALY want the GOODIES
I would defenently recomend BFGOODRICH drag radials, and they ARE dot approved
I think that the only place you can buy theese, are in usa...
But the 8sek supra`s use theese so they work
