Think I was with Bikesure

m8 passed his test 2 months ago and bought an 01 cbr6 for £4k and insured it tpft for bout £500 with 4 points.less than month l8r he dropped it.doin 90 in a 30 down hill to a T junction and he fell off but dunno how.bike slid down hill and t boned the front of a cop car headin uphill from left to right burst rad, wing, bonnet etc of cop car then bike flipped up n over into a field
m8 stopped right on junction which was lucky!
4k down drain and £400 leathers RUINED
Totally deserved it IMO for being such a dick! I'm all for a bit of speed in the right circumstances but those are not the right circumstances!!!

Lewis,

Try H&R Insurance in Aberdeen (Insurance2000) and bikesure. I pay £500 for a Mille R, but then i have full NCD. Got 8 points though.

Best to get an unfaired bike for a year to build up some NCD. Get crash bungs fitted and you're away. You'll find that an unfaired bike will be about 50% cheaper to insure than a plastic rocket.

Never done anything like 90 in a 30, just don't speed in 30's or 40's......it's just a rule of mine. By far the highest chance of involving an innocent party in an accident. In national speed limit area's pretty much anything goes as long as it aint too busy but I just don't risk it in rural/town area's.
