Default How do you change keyboard settings?

when I try and type a web/email address and do the @ button I get " instead how do I change the settings so I dont have to search round my keyboard trying to find the correct symbols

sounds like u got the us setting instead of uk, goto start >control panel>regional and langauge,

if you press shift and 2 youlll get the @ symbol

Go to control panel, then regional and language options, click on the languages tab, then change default input language to english (united kingdom) apply, then ok (may require a restart of windows)

Your boss wouldn't of been to impressed if it didn't

Its easy to hit shift and alt together mine changes every now and then lol
