what in your opinion price wise gets you a reasonable 4x4 saff cossie eg not classed as "the 3k shitters" - bearing in mind ive already had one etc but it was a while ago

i had the 2wd before - managed to once scare the absolute sh*t out myself in it once and as the saying goes keep the foot ON the pedal not off ...

id be a bit better off me thinks with a 4x4 but if i saw a decent 2wd worth buying i would

am i unreasonable asking 6k plus for mine then, as it may be up for sale soon.

for 5-6k would you get one with no rust or dents at all?

mine only has a small 20p sized scab on the inside of the rear arch, rest of bodywork is spotless

when i bought mine, it was the first one i saw, but i have seen loads being on the scene for a while now

its what your willing to pay really i guess

I got a 102k mile 4x4 with no bodywork rust, perfect arches etc, standard bar stage 1, filter and exhuast, only 2 previous keepers for £4k. I has a few stone chips and a slight parking scuff to the rear bumper but is otherwise in excellent nick. I didn't even haggle with the guy and just gave him what he was asking as I was so impressed.

I wasn't expecting to get anything good for less than £5k but they are out there.
