Default paypal question

carrying on from before some funds i received for a ebay auction have been held and are under investigation by paypal, they havnt said why but i assume the buyer is trying to pull a fast one

Now the auction ended at the end of july and feedback was left by him saying great product, excellant service etc on 24th august so i would call that proof he received product and is happy, Obviously i received that feedback and then binned recorded delivery slip or tracking no which ever i used,so i have no proof of postage anymore. im fuckin fumin now!

would you say if i forwarded all auction details showing price, winning bidders name and address etc together with the feedback he later left it would be accepted??

Maybe it aint to do with me and its a problem at his end but something aint right!!

your welcome, just one of those things, even if he then does delete it, they can look in their records for the deleted item.....with your word against his deleted feedback they wouldnt do that i dont think....
hang tight.....if you've sent your product and had no negative feedback immediately, and sent all other products out.....hes got nothing to pin on u....
and july-aug is usually too late for a dispute really. they usually allow 28 days

Right the problem might also be the buyer might have used someones elses paypal not his / her own, do addresses match ?, if feedback states happy with goods then they have been received.
