It ain't going to be doing THAT power with a T3, the limit of this turbo is just over 300bhp .

Pro-alloy or Radtec would be my choices .

the intercooler would have to be super super efficient to make that power

you do realise just adding a new turbo and intercooler alone isnt going to give an instant 400bhp aye??????????

Default intercooler

Pro alloy RS500 style cooler all day long, you also gonna need a different turbo, a few other mods and a huge wallet to get 400 ponies, also if its a 4x4 cosssie add 3-4k for a decent gearbox that's not made out of cadburys

Good luck enjoy

My car came fitted with a Forge RS500 style cooler and i cant say anything bad about it, but then i ain't really stressing it at the moment.

If i was buying onw with my own money it would be either Pro-Alloy or Rad Tec.

radtec radtec radtec

Fits like a glove - proven performance and is very cost effective leaves you some cash spare for another upgrade

Let me know if you want a price

Cheers

I have been told by someone that has tested hundreds of cossies over the years that the original 500 one produces the best results

but Pro is 50mm and more expensive, Radtec is 60mm and Ł30 cheaper and if you look at the tests that were done in the magazine a while ago it had HIGH inlet temps but still brought the temps down to an acceptable level

cheers

for 400bhp i'd be very surprised if any of the named RS500 type weren't up to the job...

i've had 2 Pro-Alloy and they have both been very good...
not tried Radtec but i think they would be fine too

a T3 won't do that power i'm afraid

to get a definite 400bhp you need greys,T38 or a nice small GT30,RS500 cooler, live map preferably and loads of bits and bobs you may not have...044 fuel pump with new wiring for a start
