the mouse has gone nutz on my lapton, keeps going to the top of the screen, when not touching it? spazzing about all over the place?

dont know if its knackered or a virus, as i cant click on anything, ie virus scan, add software etc?

 

If its a Dell machine, this is a known hardware problem. I think they replace the keyboard.

 

sorry should have mentioned, its a compaq armada m700 about 7 years old,

got one of them little dot mouse things in the keyboard, between the ghb keys
