as i work nights,i do most of my web browsering in the small hours, looking at zoo`s,mike rainbird`s,reylands etc.
none of these can do ordering on-line
i see a few things i would buy,but when i have got up the next day,i have either forgotten about it or it`s to late to phone (or forgot again)
most of my buying habits are compulsive.
surely you would make more money if people could order on-line?
i know i would buy items when i need them, not when i remember.

I suspect that the three you mention, would prefer to have 100% satisfied customers first time, and so offer advice when needed to ensure you purchase the correct item for your needs. Particularly with custom spec'd items.
Plus, there can be some downsides to online ordering (for the trader).
