moniter resolution help

Default moniter resolution help

...just got a base unit and have plugged my LG widescreen tv moniter in,it recognizes it as a plug and play moniter BUT wont give many resolutions...specifically nothing for widescreen..so its on 1024x768 and it stretches it so pictures look bad....tried powerstrip but it wont let me do a custom job???

you need to download the drivers for your LG monitor mate, then it'll know what resolutions it'll support.

Theres a download software link on the right hand side


search for the model number (usually on the sticker on the back of the monitor) and download the correct driver for whatever operating system you are using
