Think it was on NUTTER's car, possibly made by Sticker Paul (or whatever his username is now).

If you press "print screen" at the right time, then paste in onto Paint it comes out straight

Cos if you save it then it will still spin when you open it in paint.
By printscreening, it will hold the smilie in whatever position it was in when you pressed the button..and if you want it upright that's the only way to do it....
