On a car that is 3-years old, that has damage to the bumper, which would cost around £150 to fix, would I be better to look at buying a second-hand bumper in the same colour??
It is a pearl-black metallic (laquered?).
With repainting I am concerned with the paint not matching fully, and am wondering if the chances of it looking 100% are better by fitting a bumper from a different car if the costs were roughly the same?

You would be lucky to find another car with the same shade as your own tbh, even although it looks the same from a distance, once fitted it can look a million shades different. Best bet is to get it sprayed by a good painter who should be able to match.
