Blimey,
My lad is nearly three, he goes to bed at 7:30, I read him a story and he gets into bed about 10 minutes later. Never hear a thing from him until 8:30 next morning, when we go and wake him up!
I think we are rather lucky withhim.

definitley thats what we will be doing when we eventually have kids its time for them to calm down and wind down not jumping around watching tv bath story bed. good and sensible routine thats the wy i was brought up!
