I would find the cunts and throw a brick at their heads with no car windscreen in the way to slow it down

Did anyone watch "Colin & Justin on the Estate" - they are trying to improve this sinkhole and the kids there keep trashing everything, so C&J got the parents to give them their favourite things (helmet, PS2 and jacket) then spray painted them - the wee "hard-men" almost burst into tears!
Don't know if they'll stop the vandalism, but a taste of their own medicine will do them no harm at all.
