Last year I bent a wheel and had to drive 1 mile with a flat tyre.
I am hoping that the tyre may have survived and hold pressure, but incase I may need a new pair of fronts so I have even tyre treads.
I currently have 205/40/17’s 3 of are eagle F1’s and the one that may not have survived is an avon zz3/1 (cant remember which).
Now I am having the wheel fixed and may need to stick one or 2 front tyres on it, what should I go for.
It’s a 4x4 saff, I’m thinking maybe going for 215/40 all round on the rondells (7.5x17 I think). Just need to know what brands are good. The car is used come rain or shine, snow and sleet.
Any suggestions

If you've driven on it flat it will be fucked!. My missu drove 2 miles with a tyre at 8psi and it totally shagged the sidewall
Soppy bint, cost me £105 for a new one

It takes all the rubber off the inside of the tyre wall. When you take the tyre off the rim it will be full of bits of rubber. The tyre will be finished unless it's one of these posh run flat tyres.
