Tappets.
Whats the deal with them?
Is it them that makes the engine sound like a bloody sewing machine?
And whats the difference between normal ones and solid ones?? And which is better?

Either way, from a cold start they take a few mins for the oil to build up, then they should be relatively quiet

Yeah it quitens up from LOUD to not-so loud
Are solid lifters better than whats in there already tho?
