Default Turbo relocation?

Will it be possible to move the position of my turbo from infront of the engine to over passenger side and back a bit to allow me to fit a decent sized intercooler & rad in the engine bay too?

Will the extra length of the head to turbo manifold effect lag?

Will there be anything else I need to consider?

Anything is possible... Look at CliffS1's engine bay, He's got a ZT

But to have a big cooler on an XRTwo, you'll have to cut the front panel and have it exposed..

Depending what power you want/going for or the look you want

your better off going for a 4x4 intercooler if you want the car to look standard and it'll be fine for power I think your going for too

There is, but it would involve a custom intercooler and probably a lot of expense for boost pipes and custom cores etc. But if you don't want to cut the car about, is possibly the only option.

One thing though, the manifold to relocate the turbo will not drastically affect the engine response. If it's been made properly it will actually improve it.
My turbo sits over the box, and if you ask anyone thats either driven or been in my car, one thing it is not, is laggy.
Again though, a proper manifold is expensive. They cost more because of the experience and knowledge that has gone into creating it, not just the cost of the materials.
But, as with everything, you will get what you pay for.

Hope this helps.

If you need contact details for any companies to carry out the work for you, give me a shout and I'll put some phone numbers your way.

Thats my good deed out of the way for the day I can go back to being a grumpy arsehole for the next 25 mins now

Cheers for that nic!

I knok a custom cooler will have to be in the works, I just don't wanna fuck with the exterior of the car, keep it subtle & stealth

If you can PM me the numbers I'll get calling once the engine is finished
