she is trying to find him m8 .. as in her mother and father split up not long after she was born ...

 

you could try something like InfoDisk ?

it's a program that gives you the address, phone number etc of everyone on the voters roll or summit.. had it a while ago and it's bloody good. Shows everyone in the household over the age of 18 obviously!

Definitely worth a try as you can search for surnames in a specific area etc..

I havn't got it in anymore so i can't help you out.
