they wouldn't give me mine either, so i said i already broguht the telly last week why would i want to buy another one, so he said bring the receipt in for your tv.

 

They told me when i got there that no more in stock, even though the web site said they had 2 . the bloke gave me the number of customer services who basically agreed to pay my petrol costs for the journey, so cant loose really. I have to send off my petrol reciept and a letter explaining what happened and then hope for the best Oh well, worth a try.

 

what do you mean you have to send off a petrol receipt? you talking bull aint you. Send them a receipt for £45 and see what they do, nothing i bet.

they might offer you a £5 voucher but don't reply on that,

i don't think they give them to you TBH. i went to get mine yesturday, said it was a mistake, then they had the cheek to called me at 10.20 this morning to say sorry they were out of stock.
