what oil am I best using in my FRST? and where is a best/cheapest place get it from? (my local motorfactors only really have the millers range as far as I can see)

oh fook.... capacity aswell... I take it i need zetec capacity in there?

Have both mate Castrol RS 10-60 or Mobil 15-50 Motorsport

I bought some Castrol RS 10/60 from Martin at Reyland mate, 25quid and 10quid delivery!

 

I would use Mobile 1 15w-50 imo
