Indeed, its far too big to be of any use as it is, it will be levelled and replaced with a couple of hundred houses when the owners can get permission to do so, at the moment though their planning permission has been denied, so it gets no use at all other than the occasional bit of drift practice or to work on a car.

Not sure on what they paid, would imagine it was quite a few million though, as they have already built about 400 houses on what used to be the carpark for it.
