Go with coilovers then you can adjust it to how you want it

I`ve put Eibach kits on a few Sapphire 4x4`s and Escort Cosworths. For some reason the Escorts seems to sit perfectly and the sapphires tend to get damn low with these kits......

Default Suspension

The amount of suspension kits i messed around with and once they are fitted that's it so coilovers are a good option imo cos they give you the ability to adjust to a ride height you want

I have avo coilovers in my saph and they are a bit hard but other manufacturers make them so they are worth looking into, soleley for the adjustable option benefit

Eibachs seem to sit too low on the back of Sierras for some strange reason (do a search for pictures of Smit's car for a prime example ).

I personally think you have made the right choice with Konis . If combined with the correct springs, you will find that the ride / handling compromise is the BEST.

I wouldn't EVER buy cheap coil-overs. I made that mistake myself in the early days of my Sapphire (AVOs) and regretted it BIG time. They always get the spring rates obsurdly high and it ruins the ride quality and IMO makes the car HORRIBLE to drive.

Otherwise I would stick to Konis and the Ahmed springs.
