Yup, they just long exposure shots, dead easy, but you HAVE to have a tripod, nobody on earth has hands that steady

Slightest movement and it wont be sharp.

The Canary Wharf shots are great, theres a sly way in where you can get to right under the skyscrapers, on to the old bit, so you approx 2/3 floors below ground floor of the Skyscrapers, and its probably THE best car shoot location there is.

Its an open road, but dont go anywhere, it was part of the big docks system, but its kinda been deserted since they built the skyscrapers, well strange down there, a service road i guess, but not used by looks of it.

Not that easy to find, well to find the exact place so ALL you see is the car n the skyscrapers.
Thats why you see in some mags where they did it nearby in the housing estate n stuff cause they couldnt find the "special" place, and it looks shit

I could take someone there, but damn sure couldnt describe how to get there, thats for sure. Best bet is get near by, and drive down every road that looks like it WOULDNT lead there, as its not the way youd expect really

Excellent pictures there - I'd like to be able to take good "arty" shots like that, but I'm a "point and shoot" kinda person

Cheers mate The settings (what you have posted up) mean something, i just wondered if you knew what lens he had? The 350d comes body only, or with an 18-55mm standard Canon non-USM lens. I just wondered if he had upgraded to a better lens, as i found the standard lens to be less than great

I've got a 350d and it does take some amazing photos. I really need to spend some time reading the instructions though as I still don't know how to use it properly. I have the original lens that came with the camera 18-55mm and I bought a 28-200mm lens which is really good for close up shots. The lenses are expensive though especially if you want to stick with Canon lenses
