saftey warning !!!
I've just spent 2 days throwing up , having the headache from hell and finding it very hard to breathe . only thing i can put it down to is working on my car in a garage with poor ventilation with a car leaking fuel + a old gas heater going full blast and burning out old bushes

sure it was that mate there a bug going round i woke up yesterday like that at 5am throwing up all over and spent the rest of the day in bed and im just starting to pul myself back together now...

not sure , it seemed like a coincidence with working on my car , they only people i have been near for a over a week is my family and they have all been fine
