how do you convert Bmp to Jpeg

some of my images have been reduced down in quality and turned into Bmp image format and i want them to be how they were before as Jpeg high quality,
anyone help

try right clicking the picture

and go to save as.

then select the format of what you want it to save as

if that dont work then god knows

Use that image viewer. Open the file, save it as a jpg, job done.

Empty your temp internet files and they'll save as jpg again.

I thought every time you saved a jpeg it reduced in quality?

Where as a bmp doesn't?

thats what you need to do mate . my computer starts saving pics to .bmp when its getting full of crap. empty this and then it will start saving as jpeg again !!

Just right click on the bmp file and chose edit. This should open up your windows paint then just save the picture as a .jpg but saving it to jpg will reduce quality.
