Default Any Nissan mechanics on here.....

Having to spend my xmas hols changing the engine in my bro in laws Primera 2.0 eGT and wanted to know the easiest way of taking the engine out........can i take it out easy enough with leaving the gearbox in place or do i have to take the engine and gearbox out and split it on the floor ??

Looks fairly tight at the timing end of the engine for lifiting it out after splitting it from the bellhousing but if it can be done this way i think i would rather do it like this as saves all the hassle with driveshafts and gearbox mountings etc etc
