I had this .(WATER ON THE KNEE) Mine was caused by kneeling all the time on a concrete floor.(JOB).Doctor drained it (about 3 suringes full.)He said because of my job it would happen again.That was 3 years ago and it has,nt happened again.Get it sorted at the DOCTORS.Takes 5 minutes and it does,nt hurt that much.

i have a little bit of fluid on my knee

had it for over 10 years

was an old knee injury that caused it so they operated and my right leg is about 2 inches forward compared to my left leg standing straight

i had this happen 4 years ago, only turned out to be ibs, but ive got it bad as it got worse over the years, a lot of stress,smoking and drinking doesnt help with it

Fluid on the knee, I've had this twice in the past;
Always use kneeling pads, or something to stop the cold from floor to knee, even cardboard on the floor works.
Get some Ibruprofen gel, that's what the doc gave me the first time, second time I just bought it from Tesco.

Blood out the rear:

Get to the doctors Immediately, a mate ended up in intensive care on a drip after ignoring it for a month, and collapsing at work, he had "meant to do something about it for a while" but didn't get around to it.

Sounds very much like bursitis or to coin it's common name , "housemaid's knee". Often caused by kneeling on hard cold surfaces or subjecting the joint to a lot of stresses, like a hard game of squash.

Will go down of it's own accord, or you can have it drained. It happens when the bursa around your knee ( bursa are small shock-absorbing bags of fluid ) become inflamed - I'd leave it be if you can, those bursa are there for a reason
