Can MFI cars chatter???
Just wondering if they can as ive never heard a Series 1 or 2 Chatter unless it had EFI on it. I was gunna see if i can do it on my Series 1, with its MASSIVE 8psi. I cant see a standard re-circulating D/V on it, so i assume they dont use a factory one.
Cheers

My car hurts ya ears, and that was when it was at 1bar.
When it comes back at 2bar, it should be interesting.
Its MUCH louder than my cossie ever was, even @ 1bar

Rob's car peaks at 18psi and drops to 14psi, in the cold weather she sounds mental dont have to be in any particular gear to chatter her arse off, but doesnt sound like cossie chatter imo

Cant really hear it when you have a dump valve on, If you got a cone filter on, take the dump valve off and block it, You'll be able to hear this 'chatter' then

its the sound of the pressurised air going back through the turbo to th atmosphere as it has no where else to go,it has to go via the blades in the turbo hence the 200mph pigeon sound (best in the world!)!

I have cossie running light blues etc and 29 psi. is it safe to run with no dump valve? As i heard the pressure returning to turbo could shatter the blades.
