I have NEVER seen one of these on either a S1 RST or an RS1600i before.... Didn't even know they had em - mine ain't......

Actually very surprised you'd need one as the illumination is soooooooo uttery SHITE on the mk3 clocks why the hell would you want to turn it down????????????????????????

 

dont think the s1 came with that option though,they are getting rare now....i pulled one off the old ghia i was smoking around in and put it away safe and sound.didnt realise the were worth that much.

its been bypassed thou as i couldnt actually see dials when it was on max

 

Why's that Gus? Still to dark with it on max? Where would it be located on the dash - only place I can think of is the round blanking plate on the left of the steering column, but I thought that was the choke on lesser models

 

yep thats the place, yep was too dark that and i have wired b lue l.e.d.s in behind so its a blue glow

I hate the mk3 dash lights - can't see fuck all

I tired white dials in my last one hopping they might catch the light a bit more but no luck

basically audioimage have replaced all the normal light with ultra bright blue leds


i dont drive the car much at night so everytime i turn them on its like, o yeah cool


should think if you know what your doing its quite cheap to do aswell


give them a ring once they done mine they went a bit mad and done loads of them for me mates

 

Sell me yours then get them to do you another set

 

mine will be coming out in a while as im gonna make a cutom dash as the old ford stuff is far too accurate for me
