What an awesome show...

The Aston Martin Rallye specials sounded awesome.
The Xara WRC rally cars where stunning.
The renault F1 in a stadium sounds

The jet cars in a stadium sound even better

I saw it at the event, they were running round the track with it, difficult to tell the difference with the Xsara in terms of speed, etc... without having them side by side.

The Citroen team boss was saying it has been quite a bit quicker than the Xsara in testing in the last two/three weeks.
If they can match their 2006 reliability, methinks Loeb has yet another great weapon to defend his title with

Stade de France in Paris. They designed the track on computer, built a full size mock up somewhere in France, road tested it, then converted the grounds to be a race track in 5 days, 20,000 tons of tarmac (proper race track compound, etc...), 100 ton bridge, etc...

It then takes them 3 days to take everything away - awesome.

It will be held in wembley next year 15/16th december week end.

not very busy in the stade though

missed it on telly unfortunately, but if it comes to wembley next year i will be there

50,000 people were there apparently, when I took the pictures (the first few ones), we litterally just got through the doors and they were just warming cars up.

The stadium quickly filled up as this picture shows (taken towards the end)

The C4 is gonna be straight out the bag and do exactly what the Xsara did. Fords will have no chance next year now Citroen are back in the WRC. There will be no stopping Loeb.
