yes its a subaru my mate is interested in getting one and has been offered a early import WRX 1992.
it has a td05 turbo and sti2 ecu fitted.

whats difference between the impreza 2000 turbos and the wrx and is there any difference in imports and uk models apart from the speedos?

i know its not a good subject to put on here but u lot usually know everything thanks

From what you've said I'd probably steer clear I used to run a TD05 on my old Subaru (legacy) and that's standard on a wrx and a good turbo. Putting a sti 2 ecu on a wrx doesn't really cure any problems It needs mapping for uk fuel to stop it blowing up for a start

The sti's are good cars considering though.
